This is a blog dedicated to promoting a holistic view of wellness. I view the concept of wellness very broadly and do not believe that it is possible to be truly well as an individual if one is not attending to her/his whole self, as well as to the needs of the world in which she/he lives. I plan to touch on a wide range of topics–everything from nutrition and exercise to compassionate living. I believe that wellness consists of a wide range of ideas and concepts applied to striving to live at the highest level possible.
